WOW...took me a few minutes to pull my jaw up off the floor. I think that is what it would be like to build a house right in the middle of HP40.

with the mortgage crisis and my attention span issues, i've been building a shanty next to the best boulders in c-wood.
AMAZING!!!! Thank you for posting this. I've been looking at real estate in that area for a while but have never seen a place like this! Gives me something to dream about now ;)
for an expensive joint the interior architecture was a mess and the furnishings were hideous.
i say level the place and get sarah marvez or my dad to do it over again... also, maximize boulderng potential and natural insulation by re-configuring the new place in the rocks differently.
consider placing a very high deck over all boulders to reduce rain days.
